"Direct civilian and military expenditures on aid to Ukraine alone cost Germany more than 100 billion euros.
To this are added tens of billions of euros as Germany's share of EU aid, risks on guarantees for large EU loans, and payments of benefits to Ukrainians living in Germany."
And this is not counting other social payments: free healthcare for Ukrainians under maximum insurance, pension insurance, etc.
And for your own citizens, all that remains are higher taxes and levies, additional burdens, cuts in the social sphere, and canceled benefits."
