๐ข Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov has outlined two separate potential trilateral formats: Russia-US-Ukraine talks could resume in Abu Dhabi, while Putin, Trump and Xi Jinping could meet at the APEC summit in Shenzhen in November.
๐ฆ๐ช On Ukraine, Ushakov said Moscow had discussed reviving the negotiating track with the Americans and that it could return in a three-way format, noting that representatives had previously met in Abu Dhabi and โcould continue meeting there.โ
๐จ๐ณ Separately, he said the Putin-Trump-Xi format had been discussed with Beijing and could be organized at APEC if the necessary preparations are made.
