💢 Sweden will send Gripen fighter jets and warships to Finland to patrol risk areas along the border with Russia, SVT reports. The deployment follows a Finnish request for military support.
The operation will strengthen surveillance of Finnish territory amid recent drone and airspace incidents. Sweden may also deploy army anti-drone units to Finland this autumn if needed.
