💼 6+ years of contact center operations experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role

💻 Strong knowledge of CRM and contact center systems
📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
👥 Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
🌐 Fluent in Arabic and English
