When it came back to Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union, it was registered as a separate legal entity. The American organization and the Russian one are not the same thing.
Stalin was based, made so many correct decisions on highly complex topics. He was both brilliant and never stopped working. He read between 300-500 pages a day of dense scientific, philosophical and historical texts. His most rare feature was that he was truly committed to the working class.
