Hi, my name is Yahav Ohana. I’m writing this message with great difficulty and tears in my eyes because, unfortunately, my wife Rotem and I have no other choice left.
My wife Rotem and I have served hundreds of days in military reserve duty, giving everything we could for our country. Sadly, the business I started collapsed as a result of my extended periods of reserve service, leaving us with overwhelming debt.
In the midst of everything we’ve been through, we welcomed our first daughter into the world. She has brought us tremendous joy, but unfortunately, we’ve reached a point where we can no longer afford to buy food.
We are hundreds of thousands of shekels in debt, and we have no way to get back on our feet.
Our friends have launched a fundraising campaign to help save us from bankruptcy, and we desperately need the support of the people of Israel.
I come from a bereaved family, having lost a loved one in service to our country. When my country needed me, I answered the call without hesitation. >
