Interesting question: Why is the military involving the Ministry of Justice? What does it have to do with the issue in the first place?
Unless the goal, as in the entire Military Advocate General affair, is to sweep whatever they can under the rug as quickly as possible—and who has a greater interest in doing so than the Ministry of Justice?
