The law is very explicit: anyone expelled from the military is not entitled to a pension.
Why the hell did the military rush to sign an agreement with the Military Advocate General instead of waiting for the judicial ruling, when the result is millions at our expense? And why, when the Finance Ministry then rightly refuses, do they run to the Justice Ministry—the same ministry that went to extraordinary lengths to cover up the affair despite a glaring conflict of interest?
What’s the reason?
