The Ministerial Committee for Shin Bet Affairs decided today (without the prime minister) to authorize the Shin Bet to independently determine the security arrangements required for party leaders who are private citizens and do not currently have security protection (such as Eisenkot, for example) — until the 26th Knesset is sworn in.
This means that Zini will decide whether and how to provide security for Eisenkot, Golan, and Ofer Winter. Bennett, Lapid, and Lieberman already receive security protection due to their previous positions.
