While progressive campuses across the United States continue to spread lies about “colonialism,” the strongest state in the South, Texas, is delivering a sharp and clear message.
The Texas State Board of Education has overwhelmingly adopted a new mandatory curriculum for public schools, establishing that 1948 was the year in which the State of Israel was founded in the historic homeland of the Jewish people. The decision puts an end to attempts by radical left-wing organizations to distort Israel’s roots and legitimacy within the public education system.
For years, the West allowed the anti-Israel establishment to dictate what students learned under the guise of pluralism. Texas is now showing the rest of the United States that no red lines are being drawn against the distortion of history, and is putting the facts back on the table.
Anyone who does not fight for the historical narrative of their people in schools will eventually find themselves defending their very right to exist against a generation raised on lies.
