Once, a man was playing as a goalkeeper in a football match. He kept looking at his bicycle again and again while goalkeeping because his family had worked very hard to buy it.

His fellow players noticed this and decided to hide the bicycle temporarily.

The moment he realised his bicycle was missing, he lost his concentration. Goals started going in, and his team began losing. After some time, the bicycle reappeared. Nobody had stolen it; they had simply used it to distract him.

The bicycle wasn’t the problem. His divided attention was.

Your bicycle might be the fear of failure, the pressure of results, comparison with others, regret over wasted time, or anxiety about the future.
