French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen stated that France can no longer provide financial aid to Ukraine, and will not do so if she becomes President of France. Immediately after that, the main favorite of next year's elections also spoke about Russia:
"We are not in a state of war with Russia. Those who claim we are already in a state of war create the impression that they want us to be in a state of war."
