Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities.
● Promote and sell company products and solutions.
● Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
● Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
● Negotiate commercial terms and support the sales closing process.
● Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
● Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
● Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
● Follow up on customer requirements from initial inquiry through to order completion.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
● Minimum 4-8 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
● Experience in trucks and heavy machinery, construction equipment, automotive, or related industries is preferred.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
● Strong understanding of sales processes and business development.
● Good command of English and Arabic.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
● Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
● Valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation

● Competitive compensation package based on experience, qualifications, and position.
Salary: 1,500,000 iqd
