JOB VACANCY: Cost Controller

Location: Amaya Baghdad Lounge & Restaurant, Al-Mansoor, Al-Amirat Street, Baghdad

Working Days: 6 days per week

Salary: $1,000 USD

About the Role:

Amaya Baghdad Lounge & Restaurant is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, inventory management, and analyzing financial discrepancies to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control daily food and beverage costs, waste, and stock levels.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.
Analyze recipe costs, menu engineering, and profit margins.
Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cost Controller in restaurants, hotels, or the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and high integrity.
Ability to commit to a 6-day work schedule.

أيام العمل: 6 أيام في الأسبوع

الراتب: 1000 دولار أمريكي

عن الوظيفة:

يبحث مطعم وكافيه امايا بغداد عن شخص كفؤ وذو خبرة في مجال مراقبة التكاليف للانضمام إلى الفريق المالي. سيكون المرشح المقبول مسؤولاً عن مراقبة تكاليف الأغذية والمشروبات، إدارة المخزون، وتحليل التقارير المالية لزيادة كفاءة العمل والربحية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

مراقبة والتحكم في التكاليف اليومية للأغذية والمشروبات، نسب الهدر، ومستويات المخزون.
إجراء جرد دوري فعلي للمخزون ومطابقة الفروقات.
تحليل تكاليف الوصفات، هندسة القوائم (Menu Engineering), وهامش الربح.
تدقيق فواتير الموردين، أوامر الشراء، وتقارير الاستلام.
إعداد تقارير التكاليف اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية للإدارة.
المتطلبات:
خبرة سابقة ومثبتة كمراقب تكاليف (Cost Controller) في قطاع المطاعم، الفنادق، أو الضيافة.
مهارات تحليلية قوية وإجادة استخدام برامج إدارة المخزون وبرنامج (MS Excel).
دقة عالية في العمل والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
القدرة على الالتزام بدوام مدته 6 أيام في الأسبوع.
