About the Role

KNE Elevators & Escalators is looking for an Assistant Service Sales Engineer to join our Commercial – Service Sales team.

The role will support service sales activities through quotation preparation, customer follow-up, maintenance contract renewals, sales documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

The position provides an opportunity to develop practical experience across technical sales, service contracts, customer management, and elevator industry operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations for spare parts, online UPS, maintenance renewals, and service-related offers based on confirmed technical requirements and approved prices.
Follow up on quotations, customer approvals, renewals, and pending commercial actions.
Prepare and track maintenance renewal and free-to-paid conversion offers and contracts.
Prepare official correspondence in Arabic and English.
Coordinate with Maintenance, supervisors, Finance, and other relevant departments to complete sales documentation.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, customer information, and open actions.
Provide weekly updates on open quotations, renewals, and overdue actions.
Coordinate customer appointments and participate in field visits when required.
Support major service proposals and negotiations by ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Identify and escalate technical, pricing, or commercial issues to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in technical sales, quotations, service coordination, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with strong technical, communication, and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in the elevator and escalator industry is an advantage.

Basic commercial and sales awareness.

Software
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to learn and use quotation, contract, and customer-tracking systems.
Languages
Arabic: Fluent
English: Good written and spoken English
Kurdish: An advantage
Working Conditions
Full-time, on-site position.
Customer and site visits as required.
Travel within Iraq, including northern and southern regions, when assigned.
Compliance with company working hours, site safety requirements, and approval procedures.

Salary Range: starts from 1,000,000 IQD
