We are HIRING Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing strategy across various digital channels. This includes managing social media, running paid campaigns, improving SEO, and boosting the visibility of our products online and through marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Optimize website and online store content for SEO and performance
Monitor ad performance, budget spend, and return on ad spended (ROAS)
Coordinate with the graphic designer to develop campaign creatives
Run e-commerce product listings and promotions on local platforms
Analyze digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and prepare performance reports
Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and competitors

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or accessories
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools
Experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with Iraqi online market behavior and customer profiles
Good knowledge of Arabic and English (writing + content understanding)
Proficiency in Canva, basic Photoshop, or similar tools a PLUS

KPIs :
Social media engagement growth (%)
Paid ad ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Website traffic and conversion rate
Growth in online store revenue
Number of successful campaigns per month
SEO improvement on key products

Additional Notes:
Company location: Baghdad - Zayona
Working hours: Saturday - Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Salary: 1,500,000 IQD.
