There is a major, system-wide effort underway as part of the Customs Service Development Strategy. Its updated version provides for generating positive momentum in carrying out the key bureaucratic procedures and improving their efficiency, while taking further steps to automate them and introduce advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence.
All these plans must be implemented. I believe that you will tackle this task with a sense of competence and responsibility.
