🔹During the call, President Vladimir Putin offered his warm greetings to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday. 

🔹The leaders expressed satisfaction with the high level of Russia-Turkmenistan strategic partnership and reaffirmed their mutual intention to develop the relations further across the board.

🔹They spoke about the preparations for the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States that will be held in early October under the chairmanship of the President of Turkmenistan. 

🔹On his part, Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Vladimir Putin on the successful elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
