Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants, organisers, and guests of the 11th Eastern Economic Forum, which will take place on September 1–4 in Vladivostok

Over the years, the Forum has established itself as a venue for open, constructive dialogue between the business community, government bodies, and the expert community. It has become a unique platform for discussing the strategic development of the Far East and Russia as a whole, as well as for building and strengthening mutually beneficial ties with partners from the Asia-Pacific region in logistics, industry, energy, and many other sectors of the economy.

The motto of this year’s Forum is “The Far East: Development for the Benefit of People.” I am confident that EEF participants will propose effective solutions designed to create new opportunities for business, improve the quality of life of our citizens, and make Far Eastern cities and towns more comfortable and modern. I also trust that the ideas put forward at the Forum will be brought to life through exciting, promising projects.
