‼️⚡️ The "North" group of forces has liberated the village of Kudiivka in the Kharkov region!

Assault units of the 11th Army Corps of the "North" group drove out nationalists from the 58th Mechanized Brigade and the 475th Border Guard Detachment from the village of Kudiivka and liberated the settlement.

Yesterday, the enemy attempted to dislodge our servicemen from Kudiivka using an assault group from the 3rd Battalion of the 58th Mechanized Brigade. As a result of comprehensive fire strikes, the Ukrainian nationalists were destroyed. Two Ukrainian soldiers were killed by snipers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces while attempting to surrender. With a high degree of probability, these were blocking detachments from groups of the Special Operations Forces, redeployed by the enemy to this section of the front.

The liberation of Kudiivka not only increases the area of the security zone along the Russian border, but also is an important stage in the battle for the once major logistics center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the north of the Kharkiv region - the urban-type settlement of Kazachya Lopan.

To protect the eastern flank of our assault groups, who are fighting in Kazachya Lopan, the "North" group must also liberate the villages of Goptovka and Buhaiivka, which are adjacent to Kudiivka, and which the 58th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has turned into a single fortified area.

It is also important to note that this section of the front is essentially the "gateway" to Kharkov - the shortest route to the regional center lies along the E-105 highway.
