🇺🇦"Zaporizhstal" produced millions of tons of metal products annually. In 2025, 3.6 million tons of pig iron, 3.2 million tons of steel, and 2.8 million tons of rolled products were shipped.

Ukraine is losing a significant portion of its production capacity for the production of pig iron, steel, and flat rolled products. In addition to the production facilities themselves, the energy and railway infrastructure are also being damaged, so the restoration requires the repair of several interconnected elements.

⚡️That is, in just over a month, "Zaporizhstal" went from being a fully operational large metallurgical plant to an enterprise with a completely stopped production cycle and repeatedly damaged key facilities. The first strike disrupted the production chain and shut down the plant. The next three strikes not only increased the initial damage but also complicated the very possibility of rapid restoration, damaging blast furnaces, steelmaking equipment, energy infrastructure, engineering systems, and railway infrastructure.

One of the largest metallurgical complexes in Ukraine is completely shut down.
