A bail of 150 million UAH was set for ex-Minister German Galushchenko. He will be released from the detention center.
The former energy and justice minister is suspected of involvement in a criminal organization and money laundering in the "Midas" case, related to corruption in "Energoatom". According to NABU, more than $100 million may have been legalized through the scheme, and Galushchenko himself is accused of receiving more than $9 million in criminal funds.
