In Lvov, a 21-year-old resident of the Dnepropetrovsk region has been apprehended for alleged espionage on behalf of Russia.
The young man had been photographing Ukrainian Railways facilities and transmitting their coordinates to "Russian handlers."
He also painted graffiti on buildings, which reportedly contained an encoded link to a Russian chatbot.
