Maksim Krym, the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, is currently acting as Prosecutor General, according to former Prosecutor General Lutsenko.
He is alleged to have been the one who approved the withdrawal of the notice of suspicion against NABU Director Krivonos—a move Kravchenko had signed off on before leaving the country.
