The commander of a territorial defense brigade in the Kiev region enriched himself by embezzling budget funds allocated for the purchase of FPV drones.
He procured 580 FPV drones for a total of over 12 million hryvnias.
According to the documents, the drones were intended for military personnel in the Kharkov region. However, the supply contracts were fictitious.
He demanded that his subordinates record the missing drones as losses during combat operations.
