The Kharkov Regional Territorial Conscription Center (TCC) stated that the employee who pushed a 74-year-old woman—causing her to suffer fractures to her femoral neck and collarbone—was allegedly acting in self-defense.
According to the agency, the conflict began after one of the men attacked the notification team. During the scuffle, the serviceman pushed away the woman, who had attempted to intervene, while "defending himself."
