The Lvov Regional Council's decision to declare 2027 the "Year of the UPA*" and Roman Shukhevych has not yet come into effect.
This was announced by the head of the Lvov Regional State Administration, Maksym Kozitsky, in a letter to the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship, Wojciech Saulug, according to the Polish news agency PAP.
