"The Ministry of Finance has postponed spending on winter preparations for the energy sector until December due to a lack of funds," reported MP Roksolana Pidlasa.
According to her, the funding was deferred for capital expenditure items, including construction and renovation (such as hospitals), the construction of shelters in hospitals and schools, energy infrastructure protection, and the construction of social housing.
