The Wall Street Journal: Kiev intends to increase the number of UAVs near Russian airports to force them to suspend takeoffs and landings more frequently.
The Ukrainian Volunteer Army stated that this means moving from isolated alerts to "paralyzing civilian air traffic in the European part of Russia."
