Ukraine is investigating the forgery of a diploma belonging to National Bank Governor Andrey Pyshny.
It has been discovered that Pyshny did not attend the Sumy branch of the "University of Modern Knowledge." Moreover, such an educational institution has not existed in Sumy for the past 25 years.
