According to Bulgarian media, the fire spread to two more facilities. The incident occurred in the Gabrovo region, near the village of Gorni Vyrpishta. There are 11 warehouses on the site. After the ammunition caught fire, a series of explosions occurred. No one was inside, and two security guards managed to leave the premises.
Gabrovo Region Governor Kristina Sidorova said: “The fire is moving from one warehouse to another and spreading between them. The latest explosion occurred shortly before midnight.”
