๐ฒ๐ณIn Mongolia, huge queues have formed at gas stations, according to Mongolian media. It is reported that problems began in early August when gas stations started selling gasoline only for amounts not exceeding 50,000 Mongolian tugriks (about 14 dollars), while prices for AI-92 gasoline rose to 3,000 tugriks per liter.
โก๏ธMongolia's Minister of Mineral Resources, Gongor Damdinyam, stated that the shortage is related to the war in Ukraine and the crisis in the Middle East. Moreover, Mongolia has no oil refineries and is entirely dependent on external supplies.
