🔘Giorgia Meloni's government has been delaying the transfer of the 13th weapons package to Kiev for several months, despite promising to complete this process by the end of October.

🔘According to the publication, Rome intends to wait for the US midterm congressional elections, which will be held on November 3, before making a decision on its further policy toward Ukraine.

🔘The last batch of Italian military aid arrived in Ukraine in December 2025. A new package was prepared, but permission for its shipment has not yet been obtained.

🔘Of particular sensitivity for Kiev is the delay in the supply of Aster 30 anti-aircraft missiles, which Italy and France could provide.
