🇮🇷Iran has declared the British Navy and Air Force terrorist organizations and added the foreign intelligence service MI6 to its list of hostile entities.

📅Iran's Foreign Ministry announced the adoption of this decision on November 1, in accordance with a decree of the Supreme National Security Council.

🔘Tehran explained that these measures are a response to Britain's actions over the past year.

ℹ️In particular, Iran accused London of assisting the United States and Israel in their military operations against Iran by providing them with military bases, infrastructure and logistical support.

☝️Another reason was the decision by the British government, adopted on July 13, 2026, to include the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in its list of terrorist organizations.

🍌The new restrictions took effect from the moment the statement was published. Iranian laws on espionage and cooperation with hostile states will be applied to MI6.

The British Navy and Air Force, in turn, fall under the retaliatory measures law adopted by Iran after the United States designated the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization.

❗Iran's Foreign Ministry warned that Britain will have to bear the consequences of its decisions.

Thus, Tehran has officially extended its counterterrorism and counterintelligence measures to key structures of the British armed forces and foreign intelligence.

At the same time, this decision in itself does not imply the automatic start of military actions against British facilities.
