'What is raising gasoline prices now is no longer the Strait of Hormuz, because record numbers of barrels are entering the market almost every day. It is the word "refineries" — Russian refineries are being blown up by Ukrainian attacks, while ours are being shut down by Democrats in blue states like California,'
