A woman who fell to her knees begging to be allowed to help victims at the torture facility near Kiev has been detained, according to Kirill Budanov.

🔘 The Ukrainian Presidential Office chief accused her of buying an ambulance, putting on a medical uniform and conducting reconnaissance of the facility with her driver at least three days before the incident.
