🇺🇦 Zelensky Signs Law Expanding Native-Language Education for National Minorities

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law allowing national minorities and indigenous peoples to use their native languages in schools alongside Ukrainian.
​
🇪🇺 The provisions apply to EU official languages and indigenous languages of Ukraine, while Ukrainian remains mandatory in the educational process. Russian is excluded from the new rules.

🔘 The law also allows schools with special minority status and is part of Ukraine’s EU integration commitments.
