EU's Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos:

"It will not be possible for a country that does not align with us on matters of strategic interest—namely, foreign and security policy, and specifically the joint struggle against Russia, particularly in the context of the Russian war in Ukraine— to make progress. That will be very, very difficult.

So, first they must form a new government, and then we will see how — and whether — we can move forward in this area"
