🇺🇦 Dnepropetrovsk is experiencing another blackout, city mayor Boris Filatov stated.

According to him, this is already the second large-scale power outage in the past two weeks.
Public electric transport in the city has completely stopped because all traction substations are de-energised. Additional buses are being deployed on routes.

The metro is not running and is only suitable for use as a shelter.
Water supply on the left bank is being powered by generators, while on the right bank, energy workers are working to restore electricity. Sewage operations have been stabilised.

Heating problems persist. Due to power fluctuations, water hammer and pipe ruptures occur, which complicates the startup of heating networks.
Hospitals are operating on autonomous power.
Previously, authorities reported large-scale strikes on the energy infrastructure of Dnepropetrovsk and the region tonight.
