🇩🇪 German police injured a 76-year-old protester while arresting him at a pro-Palestinian demonstration in Ulm.
Footage shows the pensioner, wearing a "Stand With Iran" T-shirt, pinned to the ground by officers before being led away with blood on his head and face. The video has gone viral and activists are raising serious allegations of police violence.
The protest took place on Saturday, 17 October, as part of a week-long protest camp targeting the Ulm offices of Israeli arms manufacturer Elbit Systems. Around 100 people marched from Ulm's cathedral square to the camp.
