๐ท๐บโ๏ธ๐บ๐ฆ Kiev claims Russia is preparing a new offensive toward Kiev and Chernigov, according to Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office Pavel Palisa, citing intelligence data.
Palisa also claims Moscow hasn't abandoned plans for a "buffer zone" spanning Kharkov, Sumy, and part of Chernigov regions โ potentially up to 20 km deep โ and that Russian forces could look to expand it further as drone range increases.
Zelensky made similar claims earlier.
