Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba says France interests him "the least" because it "doesn't give much money." Kiev's real "backbone" is the Nordics, Germany, the Netherlands and Britain, which is why Germany's fate worries him "much more than France's."
As for the Baltics: "They're truly great, we treat them like family, but they have no money."
