"On the eve of All Saints' Day, one man is bringing thousands of police officers to Warsaw who should either be with their families or protecting Poles.
To grab even more power for himself, he is triggering a state crisis and presenting Poland to the whole world as an unstable country. He is risking Polish security.
Poland is and will remain a serious state. It will not be a banana republic.
Donald Tusk should bear political and legal responsibility as soon as possible for what Poland and the whole world are seeing today."
