A meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is expected on September 23rd in New York. If requests for meetings are received from representatives of Western countries, the Russian side will consider them, taking into account the Minister's schedule in New York. We have never refused meetings.
