“According to preliminary data, at one of the key energy facilities that was damaged, the Russians used KN-23 missiles, which are produced and supplied by North Korea,” Zelensky stated.
Zelensky also ordered the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Kiev City State Administration to prepare reserve transport communication schemes in Kiev and additional transport.
“As of today, at the city level, such reserve schemes do not actually exist,” the president said.
