🇺🇦💰📉Ukraine's budget has been shorted by $1.3 billion in VAT revenue over the first eight months of this year due to Russian strikes on Ukrainian businesses and the economy, according to Pidlaska, head of the Rada's budget committee.
This sharp decline began recently: a quarter of this amount was lost in August, when Russia intensified its campaign of air strikes.
