🇧🇷✈️🇺🇸 Update: Flávio Bolsonaro is on his way to the US
His allies have now told CNN Brasil that Flávio left Brazil with his wife and daughters and is heading to the United States. Two sources and a US official have confirmed the same to Reuters.
The Federal Police cancelled his passports after he missed the Supreme Court's 24-hour deadline to hand them over. His lawyers say they have been unable to reach him since this morning. Argentina says he has not requested asylum there.
The passport order came as part of a money laundering investigation. Flávio refused to recognize Lula's victory, and Donald Trump called his defeat "rigged." His brother Eduardo, who lives in the US, said before the vote that a loss would force Flávio to leave Brazil.
