🇷🇺🇸🇾 Western satellite imagery shows the return of the Russian fleet to Syria's Tartus port.

The SPARTA roll-on/roll-off cargo ship and the resupply tanker Akademik Pashin are now docked at Tartus. It appears SPARTA has already unloaded its cargo, according to the report's authors, who note that the fleet's return to the Syrian port after several months' absence is significant.

SPARTA, as a reminder, is a cargo vessel used mainly to transport military equipment. Under Bashar al-Assad, it formed a key part of the so-called "Syrian Express," the operations that supplied the Syrian army with weapons.
