He posted a video that doesn't show the moment of impact itself, only social media footage showing smoke near the facility. The previous strike on the same center was reported on June 22.
Russia hasn't confirmed either strike, the earlier one or today's. The Moscow region governor said today that in Dubna, an administrative building was damaged as a result of falling drone debris.
Russia's Defense Ministry reported shooting down 806 drones over the past 24 hours.
