BRICS countries have reached agreement on a joint declaration after talks that ran into the early hours in New Delhi. The breakthrough is that India managed to get countries with directly conflicting positions on an active war including Iran, UAE and Saudi Arabia to accept a common political position, after BRICS had failed to do so only a few months earlier.
